writing the contract, call an appraiser who will give you
a verbal fair market value on the property.
Read the
sample contract cover letter and adapt to your style and
letterhead.
Once
Seller agrees to terms, fax the Seller Commitment Letter
to the Listing Agent.
Once the
property has appraised and you are proceeding
with the transaction, complete the
worksheet
immediately and fax it to us.

from there and will submit title instructions accordingly.
