HOME has two simple forms to complete – a Grant Application and a Grant Worksheet. HOME can also streamline your process by using the nonprofit to pre-qualify you with a lender. This allows you to make a decision and close a deal while the iron is hot!

Nonprofits have opportunities to purchase specially priced properties which create joint-venture opportunities with the right nonprofit -- HOME.

Grant Fee is $750 or

1% of the grant whichever is greater.

Referred to as HOME (Home Ownership and Mortgage Education), our nonprofit accomplishes this mission in two ways:

Fostering home ownership by providing down payment and closing cost assistance to potential homeowners, investors, and those who are committed to creating affordable housing opportunities.
