How Rent to Own
works:
We locate a property investor who is willing to mentor a family by purchasing a
home that meets the families financial and personal criteria.
The investor then rents that home to the family for up to one year with the
understanding that the family will be working a credit repair program to
ultimately qualify to purchase the home from the investor at the same price the
investor purchased it for.

You fill out the Grant
Application.

We pull a Credit Report and try to get you pre
qualified because our first priority is to try to get you in a home on your own.

If their credit along with the down payment grant
will not qualify them. Then we have an investor step in and mentor our Rent to
Own.
