H.O.M.E Who can use the program

Anyone who wants to buy a home -- first time buyer, repeat homebuyer, and/or investor. If you need down payment and/or closing cost assistance and live in the United States, you can request a grant through this program. You can buy a new or a resale home using the HOME grant program and you do not have to pay the grant back. HOME has no income or asset limits nor any geographical restrictions!

There are many people that have saved the money and would like to buy a home. They like the security of having money in the bank and they are concerned about using all of their bank account for a down payment and/or closing costs. They can now buy a home using HOME's down payment grant program.
